Sunshine Auto Parts Limited is an ACCREDITED distributor of genuine and non-genuine parts for Isuzu, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Lexus. The company has over  12,000 sq ft on sight storage facility along with its off sight storage locations that allows them to stocks a full inventory of new and hard to get parts.

The company was establish in April 1982, as an expansion of Sunshine Transport by the young vibrant, dedicated and hard working entrepreneurs Errol and Paulette Brennan. Having provided service in the transport sector, they realized there was an untapped market for Isuzu parts as well as other parts. They quickly invested there savings into purchasing parts for these vehicles and also a business location on 73A Waltham Park Road. Together, the Brennan’s transformed Sunshine Auto Parts Limited from a small ‘Mom and Pop’ operation there on Waltham Park Road, to a first class service oriented organization, at its existing location. This was achieved through an ongoing training program involving a staff compliment of approximately thirty (30) persons.

Looking back, Errol Brennan – Founder, Chairman CEO & Managing Director, reflects ‘it was never a plan to remain a small non-descript operation, we always thought big, for us the sky is the limit, and from the onset it was our vision to become a firm contender in the Auto Parts Industry”. All business decision, marketing strategy initiated or adopted through the years have been geared towards achieving just this and even more.

The success of Isuzu became the springboard for expansion into other areas and with a more relaxed motor vehicle importation policy, Sunshine Auto moved toward the need of the motoring public. The Toyota Line of parts was added to the inventory, quickly followed Mitsubishi then the Lexus line.

Ultimately the company is directed by vision and a willingness to be the trailblazer and all its strategies are authored by these concepts. The operation of this efficiently run organization lends credence to this claim. This is demonstrated by the company’s intensive marketing, by utilizing both the electronic and print media as the main means of advertising, with a target of reaching at least one hundred prospective customers.

Sunshine Auto Parts was the first in the industry to have installed thirteen telephone lines all with extensions along with a toll-free line too facilitate customers that are calling from out of town. Customers my also acquire information through the company’s electronic mail address. The unique brand of customer service offered by the company enables customers to be served six days per week, special arrangements are sometimes made to facilitate customers outside of regular business hours.
